RESUME WRITER

We currently have a part-time position available with the possibility of becoming full-time once established targets are achieved. Your workspace overlooks the Toronto skyline. You won’t be stuck in a 3 wall cubicle. Our office is right next to the Eaton Centre at Dundas Station, easily accessible by TTC. Unique to this position you have the opportunity to work from home, once you have achieved deliverables. Ideally, you are a university student majoring in business communication or a writing based program. You are also an exceptional writer. Your application will largely be judged on your cover letter and your ability to customize it for this role.

Job Description:
– Write Resumes and Cover Letters.
– Perform editing of professional documents.
– Correspond with clients during scheduled meetings.

Qualifications:
– MUST have exceptional writing skills.
– MUST be available to work flexible hours between 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
– MUST own a laptop.
– MUST have MS Office with exceptional knowledge of MS WORD and formatting functions.

CLIENT SERVICES MANAGER

Ideally, you are a great communicator. You have the ability to analyze current client service processes, research potential alternatives, and design optimized client service policies. You have a passion for continuously improving the client experience.

Job Responsibilities:
– Implements customer service strategy and procedures.
– Performs as First Point of Contact for all clients by answering phone, replying to emails and responding to general resume writing inquires.
– Effectively communicates benefits and features of resume services.
– Follows up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
– Develops quotes for career services.
– Assists with client networking events.

Qualifications:
– Experience collaborating with clients/customers.
– Ability to build relationships and engage with a diverse group.
– Knowledgeable in sales and customer service.
